We are seeking a WORKSHOP MANAGER (mechanical technical engineer or similar). The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating workshop operations, managing the technical team, and ensuring quality control of all work performed, guaranteeing compliance with established deadlines and standards. Responsibilities: \- Daily organization of workshop tasks. \- Supervision of work activities. \- Quality control and adherence to delivery deadlines. \- Inventory, spare parts, and tools management. \- Coordination with other departments to ensure smooth operations. \- Resolution of technical incidents. \- Compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures.
