Summary: Attending visitors and users of the tavern, preparing and serving products, and supporting museum activities. Highlights: 1. Experience in specialized wine service or hospitality 2. Warehouse management and inventory control of wines and gastronomic products Under the supervision of the Wine Area Manager at VINSEUM, attend visitors and users of the tavern, prepare and serve products included in the tasting space’s offering, and support museum activities related to this area. Customer service at the Tavern and other wine service areas and museum activities: \-By-the-glass wine service. \-Preparation and service of gastronomic offerings. Support for pre-opening preparations of the Tavern. Support for daily cash closing. Support for inventory control of wines and gastronomic products. Support for warehouse management of the Tavern. Support for procurement and coordination with suppliers and distributors of materials required for the proper functioning of the Tavern. Supervision and management of the space: cleaning, maintenance of facilities, provision of required materials. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior accumulated experience of two years (or one continuous year) in specialized by-the-glass wine service and/or hospitality, enotourism, or wine retail. * UPPER SECONDARY VOCATIONAL QUALIFICATION (FP) * English (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Catalan (Advanced spoken, Intermediate written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Upper secondary vocational training cycle or professional certification in disciplines related to enotourism, hospitality, or sommelier studies. Candidates must demonstrate interest in wine, cultural heritage, and public service. Proficiency in Catalan and English at a public service level will be valued. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time (840 hours \- annual working hours) * Gross monthly salary: 882 * Additional relevant information: The position is part of the Wine Area (Tavern) at VINSEUM. In addition to regular tavern service, the selected candidate will support other museum activities linked to the wine area (tastings, special events, or occasional activities). Approximate schedule: Friday: 19:00–22:00; Saturday: 11:00–14:00 and 19:00–22:00; Sunday: 11:00–16:00\. Occasionally, and depending on service needs, availability on Thursdays may be required. Schedules are organized in rotating shifts, granting one Sunday off per month. The hourly calculation also includes participation in activities involving the Wine Area, as well as performing occasional substitutions due to staff vacations or absences in the Tavern.
