




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for the Production area at a new gypsum board plant, contributing to operational success and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. We are building a gypsum board manufacturing plant in Zaragoza; **Gypzero**, an innovative and sustainable project driving the industry toward the NetZero model. You will work in the Production area of the new gypsum board plant, directly contributing to operational success. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Supervision and reporting: Report personnel incidents, equipment or tool damage, and production process failures to the shift supervisor. * Supervisory coverage: Replace the shift supervisor in all duties during vacations or extended absences. * Operational coverage: Cover any vacant positions on the production line due to short- or long-term absences. * Team management: Organize and assign personnel together with the supervisor to meet production targets assigned by management. * Safety and hygiene: Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. Correct violations immediately and report them to management without delay. * Operational maintenance: Assist the maintenance team in basic tasks, such as filter and hose replacement, and technical cleaning of equipment. * Asset care: Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and machinery to prevent unnecessary losses or wear. * Problem solving: Actively participate in identifying root causes on the production line and propose strategic solutions to achieve operational objectives. * Continuous improvement: Properly implement company improvement programs, including the 5S methodology. * Training: Attend meetings and briefings on safety, occupational health, environment, quality management, and human resources. * Incident management: Immediately report any accident or incident to your direct supervisor or the plant safety officer. * Execution and delegation: Follow direct orders from management and delegate tasks to the team to ensure their completion. Minimum Qualification: Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) or Advanced Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent qualification. Required Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in plant production processes. Solid Technical Knowledge: General mechanics. Operation of forklift trucks and front-end loaders. Pneumatics fundamentals. Industrial electricity.
