The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing interventions designed to maintain and enhance residents' personal autonomy, functional capacities, and quality of life. They will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, adapting activities and treatments to each individual's specific needs, in accordance with the Person-Centered Care Model. Competencies / Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy. Ability to work effectively in a team, initiative, and sensitivity towards elderly individuals. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time position (10 hours \- weekly schedule) * Additional relevant information: Flexible working hours, negotiable hours.
