Summary: Seeking a proactive and adaptable Embedded Product Development Engineer to lead core security product technical ownership, define specifications, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, and drive product launches. Main responsibilities: * Technical ownership of the Core Security Products * Lead the definition of the technical specifications and product roadmap, translating both functional and non\-functional requirements into comprehensive technical documentation. * Coordinate cross\-disciplinary development teams—including electronics, firmware, and mechanical—guiding them through product design and resolution of technical challenges. * Support cross\-functional teams (QA, IT, etc.) during product integration and certification phases. * Manage the technical implications of strategic initiatives and contribute to a successful product launch. * Setup and lead technical workshops to design and document the architecture of new products. * Ensure that designs meet both functional and non\-functional requirements, including quality and timeline expectations. * Support regulatory certification processes and compliance activities. Requirements: * BS in Telecommunications or electronics Engineering or related field, preferably M.Sc. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in designing embedded products * Proven experience in full\-cycle product development — from concept to market adoption. * Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications * Capable of leading technical teams * Product strategy vision * Problem solver * Proactive, dynamic and adaptable to complex situations * Positive and enthusiastic * Fluent in both English and Spanish. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Familiarity with design for manufacturing (DFM) practices. * Detail\-oriented, self\-motivated, and proactive in identifying constraints and proposing solutions. * High energy, flexibility, and a positive, enthusiastic attitude. * Passionate about technology \& developing new products and services. * Experience working in multinational and multicultural environments, with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships..
