




**We are hiring a chef at BOKOTO SUSHI CLUB, an established Logroño-based Japanese fusion cuisine restaurant.** The selected candidate will be responsible for: tempura, hot appetizers, preparation of homemade sauces, preparation of meats and fish, plating and presentation of dishes, sushi rice preparation, cleaning, cutting, and filleting fish for each preparation, preparation of nigiri, sashimi, maki, temaki, uramaki... **We are looking for:** * A candidate with professional culinary training * Knowledge of Japanese cuisine (sauces, tempura, sushi preparation, etc.) is highly desirable * High proficiency with knives (cleaning, cutting, and filleting premium-quality fish) * Punctual * Clean and organized * Minimum 2 years’ prior experience as a chef **We offer:** * Full-time contract (40 actual working hours per week) * Two days off per week * Immediate start * Central location * Working hours: 12:00–16:00 and 20:00–24:00 * Training and integration into a major restaurant group with multiple establishments open nationwide, currently undergoing expansion.
