As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for several catering centers, ensuring service quality and profitability across all assigned sites. What would your responsibilities be? * Supervise the operational and financial performance of assigned centers, * Monitor profit and loss accounts and invoicing, * Ensure Company operations and procedures are properly implemented across all centers, * Act as main contact with clients to understand their needs and ensure service quality, * Manage staff, assess staffing requirements, and coordinate work teams. Requirements What are we looking for? * Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience managing a portfolio of catering centers (experience in collective dining is desirable), * Leadership skills and proven team management experience, * Strong communication abilities, responsibility, and a drive for continuous improvement.
