




Position Summary: We are seeking a Socioeducational Technician to support the management of urban redevelopment, rehabilitation, and urban improvement processes, including social accompaniment and community intervention. Community-level intervention and conflict mediation At VINCLE – Association for Social Research and Action, we are looking for a Socioeducational Technician for the Consulting and Technical Assistance Service of INCASÒL. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Supporting INCASÒL project teams in managing urban redevelopment, rehabilitation, and urban improvement processes from a social and community perspective. • Providing social accompaniment to populations affected by urban interventions, primarily during: administrative acquisition of housing, rehousing in protected or secondary-market housing, accommodation in emergency social housing, or eviction. • Conducting social interviews. • Special attention to groups experiencing social exclusion or vulnerability: immigration, poverty, gender-based and domestic violence, marginalization, etc. • Community-level intervention. • Advising on improving the management of rehousing accommodations. • Liaising with external social and institutional stakeholders involved in interventions. • Providing consultancy and mediation in community conflict situations. • Preparing social reports. • Recording and collecting qualitative and quantitative data on interventions and actions; preparing bimonthly reports and service summaries. * Experience: 1 year.
