From Noray Inmobiliaria Roca, we are seeking a **Site Manager** for a company operating in the construction and real estate development sector. The selected candidate will serve as the operational lead on-site, directing both internal teams and subcontractors. Additionally, they will be responsible for quality and productivity control, resource organization, and ensuring workplace safety. They will report progress and incidents and act as the on-site leader. **What will you do daily?** **1\. Direct field execution supervision** \- You will direct your team as well as subcontractors. \- You will assign daily tasks and verify compliance with specifications. \- You will verify whether tasks are being carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. \- You will be responsible for setting-out activities and verifying levels and measurements. **2\. Productivity and quality control** \- You will supervise and measure daily performance. \- You will inspect materials and finishes. \- You will identify and report non-conformities, and implement necessary corrective actions. \- You will ensure adherence to project timelines per the construction schedule. **3\. Logistics** \- You will organize work zones and internal routes. \- You will order materials and resources sufficiently in advance to prevent shortages. \- You will manage tools, PPE, and other required equipment. **4\. Site safety** \- You will ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures. \- You will authorize or prohibit high-risk activities. \- You will halt unsafe work and report any incidents. **5\. Communication and documentation** \- You will report progress and incidents to the Construction Manager. \- You will participate in team coordination meetings. \- You will complete daily reports on personnel, machinery, and production. **Requirements** Higher Vocational Training Cycle or Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle in Construction or equivalent. Minimum **5 years of experience** on construction sites, including at least 2 years as a Site Manager. Experience in new-build high-rise construction projects. Desirable: Occupational Risk Prevention course (minimum 60 hours). Upon completion of this project, relocation to **Madrid** may be considered for assignment to new projects.
