**Position Objective** We are seeking a Commercial Representative based in the Canary Islands who can convey Organon’s purpose of improving women’s holistic health to our customers and take responsibility for achieving the objectives assigned to their territory. This role is responsible for selling the company’s products for the Hospital Unit, including the Neurology, Biosimilars, and Fertility portfolios. **Welcome to Our Team** This position will work closely with other Commercial Representatives, the Regional Manager, and the broader extended team to lead strategy within their territory and establish Organon as a trusted partner by promoting high-impact medicines and solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Must understand the environment, trends, assigned products, and competition. * Will be responsible for hospital and fertility clinic business and customers within the assigned territory. * Will engage with various types of customers (prescribers and pharmacists), focusing on increasing customer trust and value. * Will design and execute a territorial plan, making decisions aligned with the national strategy and maximizing internal levers of Organon’s Business Model. * Must possess knowledge of, monitor, and apply Organon-defined compliance recommendations. **Your Profile** * University degree, preferably in sciences or business administration. * Proven sales experience (medical detailing). * Strong strategic thinking and account management skills. * Well-developed analytical skills to integrate local information into the Business Plan for their territory. * Excellent customer management and retention capabilities. * Experience managing multichannel activities. * Proactive mindset to generate and drive innovative ideas. * Interfunctional collaboration skills to ensure alignment and effective execution. * High levels of drive, commitment, and motivation. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. * Fluency in Spanish, with intermediate written English proficiency. * Ability to analyze, plan, and execute effectively. * Key competencies include teamwork, proactivity, accountability, communication, results orientation, and decision-making. **What We Offer** You are welcomed into a truly global, dynamic, and stimulating environment with excellent opportunities for personal development.
