Job Summary: We are seeking a Road Maintenance and Operation Supervisor to manage teams, coordinate activities, and ensure regulatory compliance in maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and supervise maintenance teams and subcontractors. 2. Coordinate preventive and corrective actions for winter road maintenance. 3. Professional stability and development, with continuous training. UTE CONSERVACIÓN M\-40 is a joint venture formed by Api Movilidad and VIAS, leading companies in the road maintenance and operation sector, whose mission is to improve the service roads provide to citizens, contributing to maintaining traffic flow under conditions of fluidity, comfort, and safety; among our main activities are road maintenance and operation. What do we need? We need to hire a Road Maintenance and Operation Supervisor for UTE CONSERVACIÓN M\-40, established to provide integrated management of road maintenance and conservation services within its operational scope: Sector M\-08 (M\-40\). The main responsibilities will be: * Plan and supervise maintenance teams and subcontracted companies (asphalt paving, signage, delineation, cleaning, and vegetation clearance). * Coordinate both preventive and corrective actions during the winter road maintenance campaign. * Collaborate closely with the COEX Manager and Operations Manager in monitoring work reports and annual planning. Supervise and verify that all work is carried out in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (PRL), quality criteria, and the technical specifications stipulated in the contract. Required Knowledge and Skills: * COEX certification courses. * Knowledge of public works machinery and regulations related to road safety. * 5 to 10 years of experience in road maintenance. * Management capability, proactivity, and problem-solving skills under pressure. Essential Requirements: * Residence within the sector or nearby areas, and flexibility regarding working hours.
