Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Manager / Facility Manager to oversee the technical and operational management of commercial assets, coordinating maintenance and associated services. Direct interaction with tenants, property owners, and the client. At Grupo Anade Obras y Proyectos, we seek to hire a Technical Manager / Facility Manager for the technical and operational management of commercial assets in Madrid. This is an on-site position based in Torrejón de Ardoz, focused on coordinating building maintenance and associated services. Responsibilities \- Management of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of facilities. \- Supervision and monitoring of contracted services (maintenance, cleaning, security, gardening, etc.). \- Technical\-legal and regulatory compliance control of the asset. \- Planning and coordination of works, incidents, and improvements. \- Management and updating of the CMMS. \- Support in procurement, tenders, and supplier management according to internal procedures. \- Optimization of consumptions and proposals for operational improvement. \- Collaboration in CAPEX/OPEX budgeting. \- Direct liaison with tenants, property owners, and the client. \- Knowledge and implementation of emergency and evacuation plans. \- Support to Management in actions related to the asset. Requirements \- Technical education: Engineering, Technical Architecture, Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in technical fields, or equivalent. \- Minimum 3 years’ experience in facility maintenance and management. \- Knowledge of building systems, regulations, and maintenance practices. \- Proficiency in Office applications, AutoCAD, and CMMS tools. \- Intermediate/advanced English (for client reporting). \- Organized, solution-oriented, and autonomous profile. Working Hours Mon–Thu: 9:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:30 Fri: 9:00–15:00 Saturday on-call duties Rotating: 1 in every 6 (approx. 1 in every 4\ during vacation periods). 6-hour workday with flexible scheduling.
