Strengthen relationships through business trips and foster teamwork. ***This position requires mandatory relocation to one of our 5 locations in Austria: Kundl, Vienna, Spittal an der Drau, St. Pölten or Salzburg. \**** **Job description:** * Manage and oversee daily transport operations on your assigned route, serving as a key interface between our international partners. You'll gain hands\-on experience in pricing strategies and profitability management for international transports. * Negotiate transport deals with existing partners and take the lead in expanding our network by acquiring new international clients. You'll have the opportunity to strengthen these relationships through business trips across Europe. * Actively support your team to ensure problems are solved in a timely manner, fostering a strong spirit of teamwork and shared success. **Candidate profile:** * Fluency in English: Essential, as it is the company’s working language. Knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage. * Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with international partners and negotiate deals effectively. * Analytical and Problem\-Solving Skills: Strong capacity to think critically analyze data and make informed decisions. * Teamwork: Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse and team\-oriented environment. * Proactive Approach: Self\-motivated and eager to take initiative in expanding the company’s client base and improving operations.
