We are currently undergoing expansion and growth, and we seek talent with strategic vision, leadership capability, and a focus on operational efficiency. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a **Logistics and Warehouse Manager**, with a strong orientation toward organization, efficiency, and team supervision. Your mission will be to ensure the proper functioning of the warehouse and logistics chain, guaranteeing accurate stock management, proper equipment maintenance, compliance with internal procedures, and effective coordination with other departments. You will be responsible for planning, supervising, and optimizing all warehouse operations, leading the team and continuously improving logistics processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Warehouse Management:** supervise goods receipt, dispatch, location, and storage, ensuring order, safety, and efficiency. * **Inventory and Traceability:** conduct periodic physical inventories and maintain equipment traceability. * **Equipment and Materials Preservation:** ensure proper preservation of products and equipment through appropriate packaging and sound storage practices. * **Inventory Control:** monitor stock levels, product turnover, and inventory accuracy. * **Procedure Definition:** develop and maintain clear protocols for the warehouse team to follow, ensuring daily operational continuity. * **Team Supervision:** coordinate and lead warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards. * **Logistics Process Optimization:** identify opportunities for improvement in organization, storage, and material flow. * **Interdepartmental Coordination:** collaborate with various departments (Procurement, Operations, and After-Sales Service) to ensure efficient and timely material flow. * **Reporting and KPIs:** define and track key performance indicators to evaluate warehouse and logistics performance. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Minimum of **3\-5 years** of experience in similar logistics or warehouse management roles. * Education in **Logistics or related field**. * Experience in **stock management, inventory control, and warehouse operations**. * Demonstrated **leadership and team management capabilities**. * Organized, analytical, and results-oriented profile. * Familiarity with **ERP systems and logistics management software** (e.g., SAP, Whales). * Prior experience in technical, industrial, or distribution environments is an advantage. **WE OFFER** * A stable position within a growing company. * Professional development and the opportunity to implement tangible improvements in logistics processes. * Immediate incorporation. * A dynamic, professional, and collaborative work environment. * Permanent contract * Full-time * 46136, Museros, Valencia, Spain
