




At Líneas Romero, a leading company in tourist services and maritime excursions in Lanzarote, we are seeking to hire an individual for the Reservations and Billing department, to become part of the team providing direct support to our customers and services. **Your mission** Ensure prompt, clear, and personalized service by accurately managing reservations and billing, delivering an impeccable experience from the customer's first contact with the company. **What you will do** * Manage bookings for the company's various products and services. * Handle phone calls and inquiries from customers and suppliers, providing information and solutions. * Perform invoicing, administrative control, and follow-up tasks. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated workflow. * Maintain professional and courteous interactions in all communications. **What we are looking for** * Languages: Spanish and English REQUIRED.
