If delivering memorable experiences and growing within a dynamic and professional environment motivates you, this is your opportunity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service, special requests, and customer loyalty. * Reservation review, occupancy tracking, rate management, website, and other systems. * Check-in and check-out procedures. * Managing phone calls, WhatsApp, and email communications. * Cross-selling/Up-selling. * Document organization and management. * Billing for individuals, companies, and travel agencies. * Groups: organization, management, and operations. * Reviewing current and future reservation schedules. * Overbooking control. * Coordination and collaboration with all operational departments. * Concierge services and guest information. * Optimization and maintenance of resources and materials. * Occupancy monitoring. * Commission accounting. What Do We Require From You? 1–3 years’ experience in 4*S or higher-rated hotels. Advanced English proficiency (additional languages are valued). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Prestige reservation system. Customer- and results-oriented mindset. Strong communication skills and organizational ability. Education in Tourism or related fields. We especially value proactive, solution-oriented individuals with a strong service vocation. What Do We Offer You?
