At VTO, we are seeking a QA Engineer to cover a replacement role and take responsibility for creating and maintaining automated test frameworks, aligning testing with business requirements, supporting stakeholders, and promoting knowledge sharing within the team. **Job Description** Your responsibilities within the team will be: * **Develop automated test frameworks** in various programming languages using integrated development tools. * **Create and update technical documentation** related to automated testing. * **Understand internal customers’ needs**, selecting and explaining the most appropriate solution. * **Train users and team members** on the established test framework. * Assist in the **onboarding of new colleagues** and foster knowledge sharing. * **Business Requirements Analysis:** Evaluate business requirements and translate them into corresponding test conditions/items. **Requirements*** **MUST-HAVE:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Software Engineering or related field.** * Skills in quality control and testing frameworks (**Playwright, Selenium or Cypress**) * Experience with distributed version control systems (**Github and/or Bitbucket**) * Experience with **CI/CD pipelines** to automate software delivery processes * Experience with **performance tools** to conduct stress testing on web applications * High proficiency in **English and Spanish** * **PREFERRED:** * Experience in **web development** * Knowledge of front\-end and back\-end solutions such as **Angular, .NET or JAVA** * Familiarity with **Agile methodologies (SCRUM)** * Knowledge of **scripting** for task automation (**Python or TypeScript**) **Additional Information** **What do we offer?** * **Remote work model** * **Flexible working hours** to support work-life balance * An attractive and personalized **training plan** focused on your development * An **international and multicultural** work environment * **Makro card** for purchases with discounts
