Explore new testing techniques, tools, and methodologies ### **Job description** Daily rate: 350\-380€/Day depending on experience **Project Details** * Location: Barcelona * Work mode: Hybrid * Start date: ASAP * Duration: 3 months, extension possible * Language(s): English (mandatory) **Project Summary** We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our Product Office and increase QA velocity in order to deliver expected functionalities and meet product roadmap milestones. **Goals and deliverables** -------------------------- **Main Responsibilities \& Key Activities** * Analyze requirements, identify test scenarios, assist with user story writing, and provide feedback on potential improvements * Create test cases using Gherkin language for behavior\-driven development * Create and execute detailed test plans to uncover defects through manual and automated testing * Manage bug tracking, test analysis, and reporting * Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage * Perform functional, non\-functional, and API testing * Explore new testing techniques, tools, and methodologies to improve the testing process ### **Requirements** **Experience Required** **Mandatory Experience** * 5\+ years of strong experience in automation testing * High level of English **Preferred Experience** * Experience in performance testing * Experience in API testing using Postman or comparable tools * Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies * Experience with AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, S3, Cloud9\) * Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
