Lead in a global sustainable consulting environment **Requisition Number:** 24262BR **Description:** Stantec is recruiting for its offices in Peru a PROGRAM SERVICES MANAGER, a professional with at least 15 years of overall work experience. Some of the specific responsibilities include: * Experience in managing design subcontract administration, as this role will be responsible for managing all project services (project controls, subcontract administration, internal/external reporting, schedule/planning, etc.) * Develop and maintain the integrated cost estimate for FEL 3 and the scheduling baseline * Identify, quantify, and track mitigation of lead risks * Provide decision-quality reports to the Program Director and Antamina’s management * Ensure alignment of controls with SIGIA Gate 3 requirements * Enable timely, fact-based executive decision-making. **Qualifications:** The position requirements are: * More than 15 years of experience in engineering * Fifteen years of total experience in project controls * More than five years in roles such as Program Controls Manager or Project Controls Director * Experience in mining or infrastructure programs with CAPEX exceeding USD 2 million * Direct ownership of Class 2 estimates, integrated schedules, and risk models Critical experience profile: * FEL 3 / feasibility controls in schedule-driven programs * Manage WBS at the program level, cost breakdowns, and forecasts across multiple subprojects * Advanced, confident experience in risk-based cost and scheduling * Ability to integrate technical maturity with confidence in cost and schedule estimates. **About Stantec:** Stantec’s community comprises approximately 34,000 employees working across more than 450 locations on six continents.
