Leading a team of PCB design and layout engineers, you will collaborate closely with Physical Design and Post Silicon Validation teams to deliver market\-ready solutions that align with current industry standards and trends. You will have access to cutting\-edge design and analysis tools, as well as prototyping and validation resources to minimize errors, test ideas, and accelerate time to market. ###### **Requirements** * Project architecture definition based on multi\-stakeholder input, delivering a clear vision for the target design(s). * Professional PCB design tools (Siemens, Cadence, Altium, or similar). * Signal and power integrity analysis using tools like Siemens HyperLynx. * Multi\-layer PCB design and routing, including high\-speed interfaces (PCIe, DDR/LPDDR). * Routing designs with high pin\-count ICs, small ball pitch, and very large packages. * Power distribution on designs with high\-frequency switching power consuming ICs. * Market\-wide form\-factor standards and interfaces for COTS compatibility. * Experience with acceptance and certification tests (desirable). * Project management and documentation tools. * Revisioning tools and production supervision/tracking. * Proficient in English (C1 or equivalent). * 8\+ years of relevant experience. * Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD. Excellent communication, teamwork, and * ership skills.
