Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a mold fitter to perform mold fitting and component machining, ensuring precision and quality in production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Mold component fitting and machining 2. Interpretation of 2D drawings and tolerances 3. Collaboration with CNC, design, and maintenance teams Perform mold fitting and component machining using conventional lathes, milling machines, and grinders, ensuring precision, quality, and optimal functionality of molds used in production. Mechanical fitting of PVC and other material molds. Machining of parts on lathes, grinders, drills, and EDM equipment. Mold assembly, disassembly, and verification. Adjustment of ejectors, columns, guides, and moving systems. Interpretation of 2D drawings and tolerances. Implementation of mold version changes according to production requirements. Basic machine maintenance: cleaning, lubrication, and inspections. Dimensional control using precision instruments. Collaboration with CNC, design, and maintenance teams. * Minimum 5 years of experience as a mold fitter. * Professional Specialization Certificate * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Knowledge of conventional machining and mold fitting. Ability to interpret drawings and tolerances. Skill to work with precision and autonomy. Advanced metrology knowledge. Experience with PVC molds or plastic injection molds. * Vehicle availability: private car * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary from '2700' to '2800' * Additional information: WORKING HOURS: 08.00–13.30 AND 14.30–17.00
