We are selecting a **Manufacturing Manager** to lead and coordinate production operations within our industrial plant. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate factory production activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, quality standards, and process safety. * Participate in the industrialization of new products/processes, ensuring successful ramp-up. * Manage and lead the production team, fostering a collaborative work environment. * Monitor key production indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, scrap rate, efficiency, productivity, and cycle times, driving corrective actions. * Promote Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, SMED, etc.) to optimize processes. * Optimize available resources to maximize operational efficiency. * Implement continuous improvements in manufacturing processes. * Control operational costs and ensure compliance with the established budget. * Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives. **Requirements** Engineering degree 3 years of experience in industrial companies engaged in mass production. Experience in team management English: desirable.
