




Job Summary: Support the execution and monitoring of management control processes, ensuring compliance with methodologies and delivering high-quality reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in developing, analyzing, and monitoring management KPIs. 2. Preparation and updating of periodic reports and dashboards. 3. Participation in developing high-level corporate presentations. MISSION Reporting to the Corporate Management Control Department, the selected candidate will support the execution and monitoring of the Group's management control processes during a maternity leave coverage period. The role entails ensuring compliance with established methodologies, procedures, and standards, delivering high-quality reporting, and providing support in preparing executive presentations and reports. Start date: Mid-May. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provide support in developing, analyzing, and monitoring key management indicators (KPIs) for the department. Prepare and update periodic reports and dashboards for the Corporate Management Department. Participate in developing high-level corporate presentations (Committees, Executive Management, Shareholders). REQUIREMENTS **Desired Experience:** At least 1 year of prior experience in management control, financial analysis, or related functions. Basic knowledge of the insurance sector. **Required Knowledge:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance, or related field. Advanced/expert proficiency in Excel (models, pivot tables, advanced functions). Excellent PowerPoint skills, especially in creating executive presentations. Basic knowledge of the insurance sector. **Skills:** Autonomy and ability to adapt quickly. Analytical rigor and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Communication and teamwork skills.
