At Houxury, a growing company specializing in short-term apartment and room rentals, we are looking for a responsible, proactive **Maintenance Technician** with technical skills to guarantee the good condition of our apartments. The candidate will be an essential part of our residents’ experience, ensuring that common areas, rooms, and services operate properly and meet high quality standards. **Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities (basic electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, locksmithing). * Respond to incidents reported by residents or the management team. * Supervise the proper functioning of equipment and systems (air conditioning, boilers, appliances, lighting, etc.). * Coordinate and supervise external suppliers when necessary. * Maintain records of interventions, repair needs, and materials used. * Ensure order, safety, and cleanliness in technical and storage areas. * Propose process improvements and maintenance optimization. **Requirements** * Prior experience in general building, residential, hotel, or coliving/coworking maintenance. * Practical knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and minor repairs. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems quickly. * Friendly and professional attitude toward residents and internal team members. * Availability for on-call duties or emergencies. * Valid work permit.
