Provide a warm and professional welcome **About the Role** We are looking for Madrid enthusiasts to accompany international visitors on guided walking tours. If you enjoy sharing Madrid's history, neighborhoods, and daily life, this opportunity is for you. No professional license is required: we value local knowledge and interpersonal skills. **Your Responsibilities** * Lead walking tours (3 to 8 hours) for small groups. * Share local anecdotes and the cultural context of Madrid. * Adapt the itinerary according to visitors' interests. * Provide a warm and professional welcome. **What We Offer** * Attractive compensation: €120\.00 per day \+ performance bonuses. * Total flexibility: You manage your schedule according to your availability. * Support: Guidance and advice during your onboarding. **Desired Profile** * Reside in Madrid, Spain, and have excellent knowledge of the city. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage a group. * Good physical condition (walking for 3 to 8 hours). * Languages: Proficiency in German or English.
