Your commitment to safety, energy efficiency, and teamwork will be fundamental to success in this role. **General Job Objective** Maintain plant equipment, systems, and facilities in condition to fulfill their intended function, meeting established quality and safety requirements and capacity. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Ensure proper compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. * Serve as Gatekeeper, Planner, and Scheduler in SAP PM for preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Daily communication among various IPTs and their manager to ensure appropriate distribution of work among available resources. * Manage preventive maintenance. * Actively participate in TIER (operational meetings). * Support training of other area members on facility maintenance tasks, fostering a culture of “self-maintenance” within the maintenance area and IPTs. * Perform assigned preventive maintenance activities on time, correctly, and by the scheduled date. * Train other colleagues when possessing specific expertise. * Manage spare parts inventory for assigned tasks and track related requests. * Maintain continuous internal communication to ensure accurate shift-to-shift information handover. * As a Maintenance Technician and Operator, ensure energy efficiency during daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Perform preventive functions as a preventive resource. * Serve as the Prevention and Environment Liaison (IPMA) for the P01 technical room. * Member of the Intervention Team – Rescuer. **Required Qualifications:** * We seek a candidate with technical education and experience in industrial maintenance within regulated environments.
