Kitchen staff needed for restaurant: Responsibilities: \- Prepare recipes according to the brand's established criteria. \- Monitor merchandise to ensure it is always in optimal condition. Monitor product expiration dates and shelf life. \- Prepare food items. \- Manage and organize storage areas and cold rooms. Unload merchandise. FIFO, FEFO. \- Maintain the workplace in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. \- Office/dishwashing duties. Requirements: \- Prior experience as a kitchen assistant or work in artisanal pizzerias involving dough preparation, stretching, balling, and handling peels in rotary ovens. \- Availability to work meal and dinner shifts, including coverage from Monday to Sunday. \- Living near Xanadú Shopping Centre (Arroyomolinos) is desirable. \- Having a personal vehicle to access the shopping centre—or good public transport connectivity—is desirable. Offer: \- Indefinite part-time contract \-25 hours/week\-. \- Working schedule from Monday to Sunday, covering meal and dinner shifts, with two consecutive weekly rest days.
