Preparation and production of cold and hot food stations 2\. Compliance with quality protocols and preservation standards for perishable products. 3\. Ensuring necessary resources are available to meet established station objectives. 4\. Cost optimization. 5\. Stock maintenance and management. ### **Requirements** * Prior kitchen experience in catering environments. * Ability to work autonomously in the role. * Stock control and allergen management. * IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY IS MANDATORY ### **Offer** * Long-term substitute contract (internal candidate may be considered for permanent placement) * 35-hour weekly work schedule. * Rotating morning or afternoon shifts: 7:00–15:00 or 15:00–22:00 * Salary according to collective agreement. * Immediate availability (Tuesday, 28/7\)
