Your profile will be hybrid: You will execute precisely, from initial planning through to final delivery. * Planning and site control (technical, economic, and scheduling). * Coordination with industrial partners, subcontractors, technical staff, and clients. * Procurement, logistics, certifications, and project close-out management. * Preparation of technical reports and deviation monitoring. * Comprehensive monitoring of occupational health and safety (PRL), quality, and environmental standards. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in architectural studios and site management (retail, hospitality, or contract sectors). * Proficiency in Presto, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
