The ideal candidate will provide first\-line technical support to end users, ensuring smooth operation of end\-user computing environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide Level 1 (L1\) technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues * Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications * Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions * Support Microsoft Office 365 and common enterprise applications * Respond to tickets and incidents within agreed SLAs * Escalate complex technical issues to L2/L3 support teams when required * Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions * :Provide on\-site and remote support as needed **Required Qualifications \& Skills** * Proven experience in End User Computing (EUC) or IT Support (L1 level) * Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking * Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL processes * Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills * Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively * **Fluency in English \& Spanish is required for end\-user support**. * Mush have **full time work rights** in Spain.
