Campana or nearby areas / CABA Health & Safety Job Type: Full Time Type: Full time Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage the effective operation of the HS&E Management System in the company's offices and operational sites in Argentina to ensure, lead activities and implement controls for policies, programs and procedures covering Health (H), Occupational Safety (S) and Environment (E), as well as the Organization’s own policies, compliance with legal requirements and stakeholder expectations. * Serve as the point of contact for tracking internal and external HS&E audits, Indicator Management (KPIs) and HS&E reporting, and collaborate with the Quality Coordination team on management-related matters. * Manage requirements related to quality standards, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, as well as implementation of organizational requirements, applicable legislation in Argentina and the Provinces where the company operates in HS&E matters. * Manage and lead processes for identifying needs and tracking delivery of PPE, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment processes, budget management for the area, and inspection and control processes in Occupational Safety and Health to ensure compliance with specific and general requirements. * Identify staff training needs, manage and lead training processes, manage emergency identification and management processes, and conduct HSE site monitoring. * Collect environmental-related information such as carbon footprint, waste management, etc. Requirements: * Engineer or Bachelor’s degree in Safety and Hygiene or related field with professional registration (**mandatory).** * Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions. * English proficiency: Intermediate **(minimum demonstrable level B1).** * Knowledge of the hydrocarbons industry or related sectors. * Experience in certification processes or prior work experience with a relevant regulatory body. * Field-based HSE audit and inspection experience. * Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of Argentine legislation regarding Safety and Environment. * Willingness to travel within Argentina.
