Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced fish fillet cutter for a position that combines fresh fish preparation with occasional support at the counter and delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Joining an established company Main Responsibilities: * Filleting and preparing fresh fish (80% of the role). * Cleaning, portioning, and preparing the product. * Occasional support at the fishmonger's counter (customer service, order preparation). * Occasional assistance with deliveries to stores or customers (on an as-needed basis). * Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace. Candidate Profile: * Proven experience in fish filleting. * Agility, precision, and care in cutting. * Responsible, organized individual with a team-oriented attitude. * Willingness to support store operations when required. * Driver's license is a plus.
