Strong communication, organizational, and proactive skills. **Financial Analyst****Job ID**249235 **Posted**24\-Nov\-2025 **Service line**Advisory Segment **Role type**Full\-time **Areas of Interest**Accounting/Finance, Property Management **Location(s)**Madrid \- Madrid, Comunidad de \- Spain **RESPONSIBILITIES** As part of the Property Management Finance Department, you will be a member of the asset management team, involved in one or more projects, primarily performing the following functions and responsibilities while overseeing essential management aspects, such as:* Accurate execution of the AR, Billing, and batch processes; Receivables and Guarantees management. * Tenant billing and monitoring of lease status across properties. * Budget, Opex, and Capex management and control; provisioning; monthly closing. * Budgeting and Service Charge setup to ensure integrity of reported, billed, and client-managed information. * In-depth knowledge of and active participation in administrative processes, including Lease Administration (lease clauses, IPC revisions, rent review cycles, step rents, guarantees, tax and administrative management, debt/morosity control) and Accounts Payable (bank mandates, payment file control and submission, bank reconciliations), etc. * Support in preparing all financial activity reports for assets (monthly report, KPIs, Business Plan, NOI, Budgeting & Forecasting Analysis, etc.). * Support in coordinating with other departments to obtain necessary financial management information, reporting, correct application of procedures, and coordination of assigned finance personnel within the team/project. * Monitoring technical and legal issues for control and reporting to property owners. **PROFILE*** University degree: Bachelor’s in Economics, Business Administration, or Business and Management Engineering (ADE) or equivalent. * Master’s degree is desirable. * Advanced level of English. * IT proficiency: Familiarity with computer systems (Office suite); advanced Excel and Word skills required. * Knowledge of operating systems, YARDI, SAP, and TABLEAU is an advantage. * 1\-3 years of experience in a similar finance role, preferably within the Real Estate sector. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS*** Demonstrable 3\-5 years of financial knowledge and experience. * Excellent communication skills and goal-oriented mindset. * Strong management and organizational capabilities; proactivity. * Autonomy and decision-making ability. * Problem-solving aptitude. * Client-focused orientation. *CBRE is committed to equality and non-discrimination; therefore, in alignment with this commitment, it expects that, within the scope of these relationships, such commitment be respected and any conduct, expression, reference, or decision that could undermine the intended equality be avoided.*
