Position Summary: Stantec is seeking an ENVIRONMENTAL INTERN to support the development and systematization of databases for environmental studies, proposals, and technical coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in developing databases for environmental studies. 2. Participation in environmental studies and proposals. 3. Technical coordination related to environmental functions. **Requisition Number:** 24305BR **Description:** Stantec is seeking to hire an ENVIRONMENTAL INTERN for its offices in Peru, requiring a professional with at least six (6) months of general work experience. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting the development of guidelines / templates for database presentation across various environmental studies. * Supporting the development of databases for studies and proposals related to permits, mine closure, geochemistry, and hydrogeochemistry. * Supporting the systematization and maintenance of the database for projects and proposals within the ENV&MC department. * Participating in the development of various sections and subsections of environmental studies and proposals within the department. * Performing technical coordination and other duties related to the role. * Proficiency in database management and programming software such as R, Python, and related tools. **Qualifications:** Requirements for this position include: * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field, with six (6) months of experience. * Minimum six (6) months of experience in the field. * Database Management / Programming Software **About Stantec:** The Stantec community includes approximately 34,000 employees working across more than 450 locations on six continents.
