He lives at home and requires continuous supervision and support with basic activities of daily living. He experiences mobility difficulties (instability and need for support; occasional use of a wheelchair), partial dependence in personal hygiene and dressing, and requires supervision when taking medication. Behaviorally, he may display episodes of anger and resistance toward certain activities (especially hygiene and mobilization). Rehabilitation will be carried out through supervised physical exercises and walks. Working Conditions: \- Schedule from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (subject to change) \- Initial gentle onboarding, with possibility of extending working hours. \- Candidate must hold academic training related to caregiving. \- Physical and cognitive therapy must be delivered. Offer Conditions **Expected Start Date** 09\-04\-2026 **Contract Type** Indefinite part-time contract (200\) **Contract Duration** More than 6 months **Working Hours** From 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Salary** 496.81 € **Hourly Bracket** 15 **Requirements** * Demonstrable experience in caring for people * Qualification related to caregiving * Commitment — this is a stable position * Nursing Assistant diploma or equivalent * Q.ido Professional Home-Based Socio-Healthcare Course * Experience as a Personal Assistant for seniors: companionship, handling administrative procedures, bank errands, and medical appointment management. **Tasks to Perform** * Accompanying the person using a walker * Massage to improve circulation * Physical activities (geriatric gymnastics, walking, yoga, etc.) * Cognitive stimulation (TOR, worksheet creation, painting, board games, reminiscence therapy, etc.) * Conversational therapy (discussing life experiences, current topics, etc.) * Assistance with dressing and footwear * Support in household organization and tidiness * Preparing meals at home * Menu planning jointly with the user * Purchasing household items at the user’s expense * Basic domestic tasks * Going for walks * Wheelchair handling * Accompanying the person for personal shopping Salary: 496.81€ per month Work Location: On-site employment
