




Lamigraf, S.A., a multinational company leading the decorative paper printing sector, located in L’Ametlla del Vallès (Barcelona), is seeking to hire a Demand Planner for the Planning and Logistics department*.*.* We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic person with capacity for continuous learning. Reports directly to the Head Corporate of Operations Planning. **Main responsibilities:** * Demand forecasting and sales analysis using advanced planning tools. * Preparation and updating of demand reports for management and the sales team. * Coordination with the sales, purchasing, and production teams to ensure alignment between forecasts, supplier deliveries, and production capacity. * Optimization of planning processes and continuous improvement in demand management. * Participation in and proposals for continuous improvement of the company’s S&OP processes. * Monitoring of key performance indicators and analysis of variances. * Support in managing and improving forecasting and ERP systems. **Requirements:** * University degree in business administration, logistics, engineering or related field. * Specific training in Demand Planning is highly valued. * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience performing Demand Planner functions; industrial company experience is a plus. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and demand forecasting software (ideally Demand Planning in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management). * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP. * DDMRP certification will be positively considered. * Analytical ability, initiative, and cross-functional coordination skills with departments involved in the supply chain. * Languages: English, Spanish and Catalan. * Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required (location in industrial park). **Conditions and benefits:** * Collaborative, dynamic and innovation-oriented work environment. * Internal onboarding training on products, processes and methodology. * Flexible working hours and time-banking system; indicative schedule: arrival between 8–9:30 a.m. and departure between 5–6 p.m.; Fridays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.; 40 hours per week. * Corporate benefits: discounts on health services, leisure, technology and company meal plan. * Immediate incorporation into an international and innovative environment.
