Interdepartmental collaboration and implementation of improvements Job Description: We seek to hire a Customer Service Manager with experience in the hotel sector or in high-volume industrial laundries: Mandatory Requirements: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Minimum 2 years of experience * Residence: Southern Madrid (desirable) * Personal vehicle and availability to travel throughout the Community of Madrid Main Responsibilities: * **Inventory Control:** You will be responsible for assigned hotel accounts, managing daily operations and client-assigned stock levels through periodic inventories. * **Report and Documentation Preparation:** You will prepare periodic reports on inventory results, quality, incidents, and implemented improvements. * **Product Quality Control:** You will support and verify that linens meet cleaning, presentation, and transport cage requirements, ensuring quality and final customer presentation. * **Report and Documentation Preparation:** You will prepare periodic reports on inventory results, quality, incidents, and implemented improvements. * **Coordination with Other Departments:** You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Administration departments. * **Implementation of Improvements:** You will continuously seek process improvements across the customer-supplier channel and in quality management.
