At **Construcciones Costaalhaurín, S.L.**, a company specializing in residential housing and buildings with **over 35 years of experience**, we are seeking to hire a **Construction Site Manager and Production Controller** to join our team. **What are we looking for?** A proactive, experienced individual with strong management capabilities who is ready to assume real responsibility for **execution, production, costs, teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.** **Your main responsibilities:** * Full supervision and management of construction projects. * Production, cost, and schedule control. * Budgeting and certifications. * Coordination of teams, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Technical problem-solving and drawing interpretation. * Sourcing and negotiating with new suppliers and collaborators. **Requirements:** * 4\-5 years of experience in **Construction Site/Production Management in building construction**. * Technical education related to Engineering/Construction. * Proficiency in **Presto, AutoCAD, and Excel**. * Residence in Málaga or surrounding areas. * Organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and negotiation-skilled individual. **What do we offer?** **€35,000 – €50,000 gross/year** **€3,000 – €8,000 annual incentive** **Fuel allowance/expenses** Full-time position · 40 h/week Established company · \+35 years of experience **If you seek a stable project, real responsibility, and the opportunity to become part of a company where your expertise makes a difference, we want to meet you.** **Send us your CV and let’s talk!** Salary: €35,000.00\-€50,000.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
