At **Blount S.A.**, a family-owned construction company, we are looking to incorporate an experienced professional into our team to properly execute and supervise renovation projects, both for residential and commercial premises, within the province of Madrid. **Main Responsibilities:** * Review of renovation projects and preparation of customized budgets. * Project management and supervision until invoicing. * Coordination of labor and suppliers. **Requirements:** * Education in architecture, interior design or related fields. * Proficiency with computer software: Office, Presto, AutoCAD. * Personal vehicle and availability to travel between construction sites.
