Main Responsibilities: * Planning, organizing, and monitoring construction works. * Preparing budgets and quantity take-offs. * Interpreting and managing technical projects. * Controlling costs, timelines, and execution quality. * Coordinating work teams and subcontractors. * Managing documentation and performing administrative tasks inherent to the role. * Supervising compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Requirements: * Prior experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role. * Ability to prepare budgets and quantity take-offs. * Knowledge of interpreting drawings and technical projects. * Proficiency with computer tools and AutoCAD. * Occupational Health and Safety training: 60-hour course for construction (mandatory). * Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and problem-solving capacity. * Familiarity with other technical software (Presto, MS Project, etc.).
