Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Execute and evaluate computational chemistry calculations to support small-molecule design.* Prepare, clean, and analyze chemical and bioactivity datasets using cheminformatics tools.* Build and test simple structure-based predictive models and workflows under supervision.* Visualize molecular properties, generate reports, and present results to project teams.* Support automation and reproducibility by documenting workflows and using version control systems.* Learn from and contribute to team discussions, reviews, and project planning. * **Basic Requirements** We seek professionals with the following core competencies and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Chemistry, Computational Chemistry, Cheminformatics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bioinformatics, or a related discipline (data analysis).* Practical experience with at least one programming language (preferably Python).* Comfort working in a Linux environment (basic command-line concepts, script execution).* Familiarity with fundamental cheminformatics concepts (SMILES, molecular descriptors, fingerprints).* Strong organizational skills and attention to data quality.* Solid English communication skills * **Additional Requirements** The following qualifications will be viewed favorably: Experience with RDKit, Open Babel, or similar cheminformatics libraries.* Knowledge of molecular mechanics or docking tools and concepts.* Familiarity with data visualization tools and basic machine learning libraries (scikit\-learn, pandas).* Experience using Git or other version control systems.* Prior internship or project experience in pharmaceutical or biotech research environments.* Comfort working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. * **What We Offer** This position offers a structured mentoring program, hands-on training, and involvement in dedicated research projects.
