We are seeking a chef who shares our passion. **Your main responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes and components according to technical specifications * Comply with safety and hygiene regulations and procedures * Work cleanly and in an organized manner, following food handling and storage guidelines * Operate kitchen equipment according to instructions, taking care of materials and utensils * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, storage zones, and refrigerated chambers * Classify and separate waste according to its composition, reusability, and recyclability * Monitor inventory levels and communicate necessary orders * Receive, inspect, and store deliveries **Requirements and skills:** * Previous experience as a chef * Ability to remain focused and effective in a dynamic environment * Capacity to work well within a team * Commitment to high standards of quality and hygiene * Genuine interest in gastronomy **Conditions:** 40-hour workweek 2 days off per week Salary and conditions according to the Cádiz Hospitality Collective Agreement Uniform provided Fixed-term discontinuous contract of 8 to 10 months per year If gastronomy is your passion and you are seeking stable employment in a healthy environment, the El Patio kitchen team looks forward to meeting you!
