Emphasis on safety, quality, and staff training. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 3 **Company** ----------- TRAGSA **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation works, seeks to hire 3 Forestry Foremen/Women \- UPR (Valencia) in València/Valencia. **Work Location** -------------------- * Paterna (Valencia), with travel required to project sites within the province of Valencia. **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organize and schedule work jointly with the supervisor, assume responsibility for site progress, and immediately report any anomalies arising. * Interpret technical drawings, perform measurements and layout surveys. * Monitor machinery and workforce productivity, and complete and sign necessary reports regarding personnel and machinery. * Train team members on assigned tasks. * Comply with and ensure compliance with regulations concerning safety, quality, and site signage; responsible for briefing newly hired personnel on the use of personal protective equipment and applicable safety measures on site. * Verify proper material storage and execution of cleaning tasks. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements must be substantiated by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the process): * Official academic qualification or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment history record and/or employment contract verifying the required professional experience. * Annexes documenting practical training, where applicable, to verify and certify the required academic experience. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish official qualification such as Bachiller, BUP, COU, FP I, CFGM, FP II, or CFGS in a specialty enabling performance of the job duties (qualification officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driving license type B. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * At least 2,000 hours of training in the agricultural and/or forestry field. * Occupational risk prevention training qualifying the candidate as a preventive resource, comprising at least 50 hours. ### **Prior Experience** * From 6 months up to 3 years of experience as a foreman in organizing work teams assigned to construction projects, services, or logistics (professional and/or academic experience). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Course completion and/or experience as a trainer for groups of employees or as a trainer of trainers. * Course completion and/or user-level proficiency with applications, specifically Microsoft Office suite: (Word, Excel, Drive, Access). **Observations** ----------------- * Application submission period is open from today, 21/01/2026, until 27/01/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
