We are looking for an experienced **Call Center Manager**, providing support in operational supervision, monitoring the collections area, and ensuring service quality. We want someone with professional judgment, leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage operations with precision. **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise the operations of the **collections** area, ensuring compliance with processes and objectives. * Contribute to service quality control (QA), maintaining internal standards. * Support call traffic management, forecasting, and workload distribution. * Analyze KPIs and metrics related to the activity, performance, and results of the area. * Participate in incident management and preparation of operational reports. * Collaborate in the continuous improvement of contact center processes, workflows, and tools. * Facilitate operational communication between the team and the manager. **Job requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as Call Center Manager. * Previous experience in operational areas related to **collections and/or quality**. * Native Spanish speaker. * Advanced English. * Organizational skills, data analysis, and attention to detail. * Communication and team interaction skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage activity peaks. * Immediate availability. **We offer:** * Competitive salary according to experience. * Joining a growing **international company**. * Professional, stable, and collaborative environment. * On-site location at the **Valencia** office.
