Long-term professional project with development opportunities in an established company As Bodywork Workshop Manager, you will assume a key role in the technical and operational management of the workshop. You will be responsible for coordinating the bodywork team, guaranteeing repair quality, and ensuring achievement of the area’s productivity and profitability objectives. Your primary mission will be to optimize workshop processes, maintain high quality standards, and deliver excellent service to both customers and insurance companies, reporting directly to Management. Main responsibilities include: * Coordination and supervision of the bodywork team. * Efficient planning and distribution of workloads. * Monitoring of repair times, work quality, and area productivity. * Supervision and validation of estimates and damage assessments. * Management of relationships with customers and insurance companies. * Monitoring compliance with quality standards and occupational health and safety (PRL) regulations. * Analysis of results and direct reporting to Management. * Proposal and implementation of process and workshop organizational improvements. Requirements * Minimum 3\-5 years’ experience in a similar role within the automotive sector. * Advanced technical knowledge of bodywork repair. * Demonstrable experience in team management and leadership. * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Results-oriented, quality-focused, and committed to continuous improvement. * Technical training in the automotive field will be valued.
