Job Summary: This role ensures the proper implementation and global management of projects, providing a cross-functional and strategic perspective on projects within the Santalucía Group. Continuous improvement and adaptability to change MISSION Ensure the proper implementation of led projects through comprehensive project management—including definition, planning, and execution—as well as participating in and contributing the Benefits area’s cross-functional and strategic perspective to Santalucía Group projects requiring the involvement of this department. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure a holistic view of the department across all projects in which the role participates or leads. Plan all phases, milestones, and tasks. Execute the project in accordance with the corresponding plan. Define user requirements necessary for implementation. Develop and execute user testing. Monitor project progress and appropriately communicate any related aspects. Report to Management via progress reports and executive meetings. Coordinate required resources—both internal and external—to ensure proper implementation. Control the project budget. Manage risks. Apply lessons learned to ensure continuous improvement in management. Participate in projects as part of a team. REQUIREMENTS **Required Experience:** At least 5 years of experience in the insurance sector. At least 3 years of experience in project management. Knowledge and experience in the insurance sector, with a focus on benefits and claims management. **Required Knowledge:** University degree in Business Administration (ADE) or equivalent. Intermediate-to-advanced English. MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Project management tools. **Skills:** Planning Leadership Strong communicator with business acumen. Critical and analytical thinking, with a proactive attitude. Continuous adaptability to change.
