WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS? * Processing correspondence, archiving, file management, drafting proposals using the corporate desktop (SAP), managing financial documentation—including IRPF, pensions, public grants, Dependency Law, etc.—as well as providing administrative support in the areas of economic benefits, volunteering, workplace and study adaptations, and the ONCE Social Welfare Support Service, along with any other analogous tasks assigned to ensure optimal administrative management. * Performing tasks using the corporate desktop (SAP), email, and Office 365. * Providing administrative support to other teams. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? (Requirements) * Minimum qualification: Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Administration and Management. * Experience performing administrative tasks for at least three months. * Advanced proficiency in office software packages (Word, Outlook, and Excel are mandatory). * Familiarity with web environments. * Ability to handle handwritten documents (e.g., information related to benefits/financial documentation, resources, etc.), large-volume files, data tables, etc. * Strong writing skills. * Problem-solving profile with high organizational capacity. WHAT ELSE DO WE VALUE? (Desirable qualifications) * Possession of qualifications related to administrative functions and the social services field—such as Social Work, Social Education, or Labor Relations. * Prior work experience at ONCE. * Experience working in tax advisory firms or consulting/auditing companies. * Knowledge of Braille. * Participation in volunteer activities.
