We are looking for an organized, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented person to join our Human Resources and General Services team. **Responsibilities:** Under the supervision of the Commercial Director, you must be capable of performing the following tasks: * Monitoring assigned accounts. * Direct contact with assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and the best possible experience at all times to strengthen trust and brand loyalty. * Managing potential incidents. * Introducing clients to all brand services, achieving cross-selling results and increasing revenue from their portfolio. * Tracking company-set objectives. * Closing sales meetings with new clients. **Who are we looking for?** We seek a candidate accustomed to new technologies and with at least five years’ experience in client management and commercial tasks. Experience in the sector will be valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Knowledge of foreign languages is considered an asset, though not mandatory. Your versatility and ability to handle cross-functional tasks are highly important to us.
