




Job Summary: We are looking for an active and organized individual with strong communication skills to manage the daily operations of a center during afternoon hours, including customer service and administrative management. Operational coordination and incident resolution We seek an active individual with strong communication skills and organizational ability to manage the center’s daily operations during afternoon hours. Main Responsibilities \- Customer Service and Sales: In-person service to families, enrollment management, and follow-up calls to close sales. \- Administrative Management: Monitoring student and teacher attendance, CRM management, and tracking of receipts/unpaid invoices. \- Operational Coordination: Resolving scheduling incidents, receiving new students for placement tests, and communication via WhatsApp/phone. \- Center Management: Supervising classroom conditions and securing facilities. Competencies / Knowledge: \- Multitasking profile, organized and proactive. \- Excellent communication skills and empathy. \- Proficiency in digital tools and database management (CRM). \- Fluent in Catalan and Spanish. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time position (20 hours \- weekly schedule)
