Planning and organizing construction work, organizing workspaces, controlling and supervising the execution of the project, ensuring compliance with the schedule, interpreting blueprints and laying out work units, organizing and supervising work teams and assigning tasks, providing technical guidance to workers, coordinating the implementation of occupational health and safety plans and risk prevention regulations, coordinating with industrial teams and subcontractors, controlling construction materials, resources and machinery, supervising and verifying processes and results, quality control of completed construction sections, maintaining technical communication with the technical and site management.
